In dit artikel ga ik je alles uitleggen over deze fantastische oefening.<\/p>\n<p>De &#8220;dead stop kettlebell swing&#8221; oefening is een krachtige workout voor de hele lichaam. Het is een combinatie van een cardio en krachttraining, waarbij je billen, benen, rug, schouders en armen aan het werk worden gezet.<\/p>\n<p>De oefening verbetert je explosieve kracht, co\u00f6rdinatie en uithoudingsvermogen, waardoor het een effectieve manier is om het functioneren van je lichaam te verbeteren. Coach Dugger, bekend van het trainen van Winston Duke voor zijn rol in Black Panther, legt het stap voor stap uit:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Plaats de kettlebell op de grond, stap twee stappen achteruit en zet je voeten schouderbreedte uit elkaar.<\/li>\n<li>Duw je billen naar achter en pak de kettlebell stevig vast, kantel hem iets.<\/li>\n<li>Houd je rug neutraal en scharnier vanuit je heupen, met stijve onderrug om blessures te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<li>Draai je ellebogen naar voren om spanning te cre\u00ebren in je bovenrug en lats, adem diep in, span je core aan en swing het gewicht tussen je benen door naar achter.<\/li>\n<li>Span je billen explosief aan en duw je heupen naar voren, ontspan je armen en laat de kettlebell omhoog swingen tussen je benen door, houd je rug stijf.<\/li>\n<li>Laat het gewicht weer tussen je benen door naar achter swingen, zet de kettlebell terug op de grond.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Doe ongeveer 3 tot 5 herhalingen, met rust tussen de setjes van 1 tot 1,5 minuut.
