Maar in plaats van te betalen voor dure, kant-en-klare shakes, kun je ook gemakkelijk zelf een eiwitshake maken. Zo ben je zeker van de kwaliteit van de ingredienten en kun je de shake aanpassen aan je eigen smaak.<\/p>\n<p>Om een eiwitshake te maken heb je de volgende ingredienten nodig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 scoop eiwitpoeder (bijvoorbeeld whey, case\u00efne of plantaardig eiwit)<\/li>\n<li>1 kopje melk (of plantaardige melk)<\/li>\n<li>1 banaan<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel pindakaas<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel havermout<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel honing (optioneel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Doe alle ingredienten in een blender en blend tot een gladde massa. Giet de shake in een glas en geniet ervan!<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt de shake nog extra smaak geven door bijvoorbeeld fruit, cacao of kaneel toe te voegen. Experimenteer met verschillende combinaties om de shake naar je eigen smaak te maken.<\/p>\n<p>Houd er wel rekening mee dat eiwitshakes niet als vervanging van een gezonde maaltijd kunnen dienen. Ze kunnen wel een handig tussendoortje of aanvulling na het sporten zijn.
